The reporting problem
Lou's Place needed to bring information from SRS and feedback tools into a coherent view of services and outcomes. Repeating the exports and reconciling sources by hand made reporting slower and easier to get wrong.
What we built
We automated interaction with SRS reporting surfaces, kept the raw responses and normalised the different CSV and JSON outputs. We combined those outputs with SurveySparrow feedback in a controlled reporting flow using SharePoint and Power BI.
The reporting model and dashboard were tailored to the organisation’s questions and the different meaning and grain of each source.
What changed
The extraction and reporting flow now runs without routine staff action. Keeping the original files and checking the transformed data also makes technical join and calculation questions easier to find and investigate.
This work improves reporting around SRS; it does not replace the frontline client-management system.
Evidence note: The implementation is documented in project artefacts. The operational change is based on my observation of the delivered process; no buyer-specific return on investment has been calculated.
