The problem
A tradie's phone is their job board, and most of the time it's a mess. Missed calls stack up while they're under a sink. Instagram DMs pile in after hours. A customer asks what time suits, the tradie asks what day, the customer asks about price, and by the time anyone agrees on anything it's been four back-and-forths and a day has passed.
Plenty of jobs just go to whoever replies first. If that's not you, you've already lost the work.
The booking flow
JobLink gives every tradie a booking page. A customer picks the type of job, picks a time slot from the tradie's live availability, and pays a deposit on the spot, like booking a haircut.
The whole thing takes under 30 seconds. No phone call, no DM, no back-and-forth. The job is confirmed, the deposit is collected and it lands straight in the tradie's calendar.
Connected
JobLink plugs into the tools tradies already use. Bookings sync both ways to their calendar, job details push straight into their job-management system and automatic SMS and email reminders go out before the job so nobody forgets.
Outcome
JobLink turns a flood of missed calls and unanswered DMs into real bookings with deposits already paid. Tradies spend less time chasing leads and more time on the tools.
